Returns & Exchange: If your product is damaged please reach out to customer service at info@thatkoalife.com and we'll issue a refund or an exchange. If you're not in love with your order and the product is still sealed and unopened we'd be happy to return your item if returned within 30 days. We do not provide return labels, however as soon as product is returned we will refund your method of payment.  Please note products purchased on sale are final sale.
